Due to the fact that a your bidded keyword position may have dissuaded someone else from bidding higher, we can not allow refunds. You only pay for what is delivered since this is a Pay Per Click system. However, the funds deposited in your account are not refundable but must be used up. You can always abandon a keyword and select another if you choose. We feel that this is the fair and equitable way to provide you with assured satisfaction so you'll always be happy with your membership.
